Shipping Information

The estimated shipping date is based on your purchase date, the recipient's location, and the shipping carrier. Other factors—like placing an order on a weekend or a holiday—may end up pushing the arrival of your item beyond the estimated delivery date. Our standard lead time is approximately 2-3 weeks, however we work tirelessly to fulfill orders as quickly as we can. We truly appreciate your patience in knowing that you are receiving a custom handmade item created for you!

2nd Day — $18 flat rate
Overnight – $24 flat rate

Easy Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. Contact me within 7 days of delivery to return or exchange an item(s). Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery date. Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I do not accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
